Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("You") and Astravera ("Application Provider," "us," or "our"). This EULA governs your use of:

1. Scope

The website https://www.astravera.io ("Site")

The mobile applications ("Licensed Application(s)")

All related astrology, tarot, divination, and AI-based services ("Services")

By downloading or using the Licensed Application, you agree to this EULA.

2. Apple Disclaimer

  • You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between You and Astravera only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple").
  • Astravera, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
  • Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it against You.
  • Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

All Services, including horoscopes, tarot readings, coffee readings, birth charts, and AI interpretations are provided strictly for entertainment purposes only.

The Application does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

No content should be relied upon as factual or guaranteed.

4. Scope of License

Application Provider grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded devices that You own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules.

The Application is licensed, not sold.

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application
  • You may not distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Application
  • You may not use the Application for commercial purposes

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

  • Astravera offers auto-renewable subscriptions.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store Account Settings.

6. Maintenance and Support

Astravera is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application.

Apple has no obligation to provide any support.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Licensed Application and Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astravera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astravera from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Application or violation of this EULA.

10. Export Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited parties list.

11. Termination

Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Turkey.

Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
